IMPORTANT: FOR CREDIT CARD SECURITY REASONS
We require you to present the same credit card you used to secure your reservation. 

• Each accommodation type states the number of guests included in the rate. An extra charge of 500,000 IDR per night applies per extra guest.
• Children 4 or under stay for no charge without an extra bed.
• You agree that Satori Villas Bali reserves the right to charge all deposits and cancellation fees to your credit card you provided in accordance to the below reservation & cancellation policy.

Check-in: 2 pm – Check-out: 11 am
Early check-in and late check-out policy.

• If you intend to arrive early in the day and would like guaranteed immediate access to your villa, we recommend booking for the night prior to arrival.
• Similarly for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your villa right up until departure.
• If you choose not to make these reservations then we will be glad to store your bags until your villa is available or until you depart.
• Reservations made directly on our website are a priority for complimentary early check in / late check out. This direct booking privilege is subject to availability.

GUARANTEED OUR LOWEST AVAILABLE RATE

• FLEXIBLE – One-time date change for arrival allowed 30+ days prior to your arrival. Revised date must be within one year from your original reservation arrival date.
• 100% reservation cost will be charged to your credit card on record upon receipt of your reservation. This fee is non-refundable & guarantees your reservation.
• If cancelled at any time or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable.
• Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa or cash payments in IDR.
• Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your valid credit card, Satori Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.
• Local time refers to UTC/GMT +8 hours, (WITA) Central Indonesian Time.
• All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.

• Free cancellation up to 41 days prior to your arrival.
• 100% of the reservation cost will be charged to your credit card 42 days prior to your arrival. This fee is NON Refundable & guarantees your reservation.
• All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
• Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, or cash payments in IDR.
• Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your payment, Satori Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.

LONG TERM STAY RATES

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged upon receipt of reservation. This fee is non refundable.
• Payments can be made with MasterCard, Visa or Cash.
• Services for Long Term Rates – Monthly & Weekly rates: twice weekly housekeeping service including linen change, unlimited drinking water, no breakfast served, mini bar with surcharge.
• All charges will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
• Any additional charges / incidentals accumulated during your stay can be settled upon check-out by MasterCard, Visa, or cash payments in IDR.
• Once a reservation is confirmed and guaranteed by your payment, Satori Villas Bali assumes that each guest has understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the reservation as stated above.
